All prices quoted on the website will be in £ GBP.
Shipping Costs and estimated delivery times:
• UK Express (1-2 working days) – £12
• International Express – excluding Middle East and USA (3-7 working days) – £65
• Middle East (7-9 working days) – £85
• USA (7-9 working days) – £65
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
All of our estimated delivery times are estimates and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee any delivery date. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.
For deliveries to areas outside the UK, we only deliver on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis (DDU). We are not liable for any customs or duty taxes, which may be incurred. If ordering from outside the UK, additional charges may be added on receipt of delivery over which we have no control and for which we are not liable.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return your order for a refund or an exchange provided the returns are shipped back to our warehouse within 14 working days from the day after the package was delivered to you.
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order as stated by the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you send written notice (via e-mail) of your cancellation without 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
To return an item, please use the following steps:
• Please return your order in its original packaging (as received) in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
• Orders returned to us are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you send your returns using a tracked and signed-for service and you retain proof of purchase.
• Once an order has been received and the item(s) have been checked, we will send you a e-mail to notify you that the return has been received and refund you the purchase price to your original payment method.
